GREETINGS:  Hello and welcome to my website. I am a Stay at Home Wife and Mother. We were determined to use cloth diapers on all our little blessings and started out with your basic cheapy diapers and leaky covers.  It was alright for a couple of months but then it got more and more frustrating!  Not only was I disorganized and didn't know what I was doing I was having leaks all over the place!  Then we discovered REAL cloth diapers!  From this discovery we built up our business from absolutely nothing, to one great diaper in 1997, to hundreds and hundreds of useful products (today).  So there is no need for you to learn the hard way like we did.   I made every attempt to design our site so it is filled with useful and helpful information, easy to get around, and is enjoyable to browse.  We pride ourselves in a being a good, honest home-based business.

"STORE" HOURS: Website is "open" 24 hours a day for your browsing pleasure.  I'm sorry, but we do not have a store front, we are web-based only.  Insurance does not allow us to have walk-in customers.

MAILING LIST: We have an e-mail mailing list  that will include specials and even an "email list only" special.   This is sent out only when I get around to it!  We do not sell our mailing list, we would like to keep all our customers!! :)  To sign up email me!  I'm sorry, but we don't have a printed catalog at this time.

STOCKING: Items are kept in stock with very few exceptions (sudden sell out, discontinued items).  I will however let you know by email if something is out.

SHIPPING: We currently ship via UPS.   Shipping rates can be found on our Ordering Information page.   We offer free shipping on orders over $150 in the lower 48 states.  We ship as soon as payment arrives unless an item is out of stock. In that case we will hold your order for a week or so. But again, most items are in stock.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150:    (some fees may apply to AK and HI)

TAX: Only WI residents pay 5.5% sales tax, there is no sales tax on cloth diapers!  This will be manually deducted when your order is processed.

PAYMENT:  All transactions are on a pre-pay basis. We accept Checks,  Money Orders, Paypal, VISA and MasterCard.   Please make payments payable to: Julie Howard.   We reserve the right to wait for personal checks to clear.  May take up to 3 weeks.  For international orders I accept only Western Union money orders or transers.

FRAUDS: For obvious reasons we do not accept checks from closed accounts nor do we accept bouncing checks. $25 (or the maximum) service fee  for all returned checks.  If a check bounces and product has already been sent we reserve the right to use a collection agency.  ALL fees will be paid by the dishonest person.   

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied you may return or exchange any UNUSED, UNWASHED items. If you return an item remember that it should be in sellable condition as you would like to see an item arrive at your door.  Straight returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Fees do not apply to full exchanges or store credit.

CLUELESS: Clueless? You will find loads of information through-out the site.  You can find lots of helpful diapering tips here.  Please ask if you cannot find your answer on our site! I would be happy to help you figure out a diapering system that would work for you. With 6 babies, we understand convenience, quality and economics! We were clueless for a long time and now are happy to say we are not totally clueless when it comes to diapering.
